Week 3 Overview
Now that we have created a common vernacular for the course, we will move on to additional insights Marydee has developed over her years of work. In this next series of videos, Marydee will introduce you to a model for how we think, along with a three-part session on memory and learning. Then and we will wrap up with an example of how Marydee teaches students about learning and the brain.
Objectives:
- Analyze the behaviors related to Executive Functioning skills that are necessary to support maximum learning and participation in class.
- Apply concepts of memory and learning to the act of note-taking and evaluate the possible success of the planned implementation.
